Kings Club Swimming Pool is the new swimming pool for 2007. It's a 30m 4 lane pool - you will need to enter The King's College grounds via the private entrance marked on this map link and go to the pool building just past the cricket nets.

Tuesday evening swim sessions have been cancelled - we are looking for viable alternatives and will update this page with any news.

Sunday – 9.00am Run

A new year has started and Sunday runs are back on the calendar!

We will be using the popular rotation scheme from last season as follows:

When Where This month
1st Sunday Putney M Bar 6th Apr
2nd Sunday Richmond Park 13th Apr
3rd Sunday Wimbledon Windmill run 20th Apr
4th Sunday Richmond Park 27th Apr

The Richmond Park run starts from Roehampton Gate Car Park and you have the option of 1 or more laps of the park perimeter (1 lap = about 11.8 km or 7.4 miles).

The Putney run starts from just outside Bar M by the riverside. We run over Putney Bridge and then towards Hammersmith - you have the option of taking various bridges before heading back home on the south side of the river to define the length of the run: Hammersmith Bridge 4m, Barnes Bridge 8.2m, Chiswick Bridge 10m or Kew Bridge 13m.

You can see the Kew Bridge route here which also shows the location of the other bridges. NB: the start on this link is different from the one we use!

Wimbledon run starts at the Windmill Cafe Car Park on Wimbledon common.

Remember to bring a change of warm clothing and some money - join the group for a coffee/breakfast afterwards.

Every so often we will plan a fun training weekend away. This will usually include a long ride and long run session somewhere outside of London.
