There is currently no club organised mid-week training.
Saturday - 8.00am Bike (Updated 14/04/2010)
Meet at Richmond Park, Roehampton Gate Car Park for 8AM prompt where we will leave for a group ride.

The ride typically consists of a 3-4 hour ride out to Box Hill, incorporating various routes round the Surrey Hills. A bunch of the guys are training for Ironman or 70.3 and there is usually at least 1, maybe 2 groups heading out.
Please Note: if you intend to join a long ride, they are typically at a steady pace - we welcome first timers if you're ready for the challenge. We break at Box Hill for a well earned coffee and cake before heading back. Check you have the following items:
- helmet (compulsory)
- spare tube in case of puncture
- puncture repair kit
- cycle pump or gas cyclinders
- food (e.g. energy bar)
- money for when we stop off at a cafe (or for emergencies)
- mobile phone
- appropriate gear for the weather conditions
- saddle bag for carrying several of the above

The Sunday ride is typically on a flatter route out to Windsor, often stopping for coffee once we get there and then heading back. Some adventurous souls looking to get longer rides in closer to race season may head out further to Henley and back.
